Returns & Warranty

Do you want to return a product? Please use our return form to ensure a smooth process. At Quinmo, we understand that sometimes you may regret a purchase. Therefore, we offer you the possibility to return the products you have purchased under certain conditions without having to provide a reason. However, we appreciate it if you do provide a reason as it helps us improve our service and assortment.

 

Once we receive your product(s), you have 14 days to return the product or make a return notification. After making a return notification, you have an additional 14 days to actually return the product.

 

To be eligible for a return, the products must meet the following conditions:

 

  • The products must be undamaged.
  • The products must be packaged in the original, undamaged packaging.
  • The packaging must be sealed with packaging tape.
  • Used products will not be credited.
  • Products where you have attempted to repair a defect yourself will not be credited.
  • Please include the delivery note or invoice (if available) with the return shipment.

Once we receive your return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount, including shipping costs, within 14 days. The return shipping costs will be at your own expense.

 

We will use the same payment method and bank account that you used to pay for the order. There are no costs associated with the refund.

Rejection policy upon delivery:

If you choose to refuse your order at the door without a valid reason, we will charge a return fee of € 5.95. A valid reason to refuse an order would be, for example, cancellation before shipment, delayed shipment, or an extremely long delivery time. Other situations in which you have been in contact with a staff member may also be considered valid reasons. However, simply deciding not to receive an order anymore after it has already been shipped will not be considered a valid reason.

 

Complaints and warranty:

Our aim is to keep you, our customer, as satisfied as possible. We understand that it can be frustrating if you have a complaint about our products and/or services. We would like to assist you and offer a suitable solution.

 

If you are not satisfied with a received product or our service, you can report this via our contact form or by email. Please refer to the contact page on our website for more information.

 

Our staff will attempt to address your complaint within 5 working days and strive to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction. If it takes longer, we will inform you accordingly.
