Delivery Time

 

At our online store, we strive to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. If you place your order for the product(s) on weekdays before 12:00 PM and they are in stock, your order will be processed the same day. This way, you can expect to receive your order the next day!*

 

*However, please note that the delivery time may vary depending on any additional busyness at the carrier. While we do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, there may be delays in some cases.

 

Please note: During holidays, the delivery time may also be affected. Orders placed on holidays may be delivered (a) day(s) later.

 

For orders placed just before or during the Christmas holidays (from Friday, December 22, 2023, at 5:00 PM), they will be shipped on Wednesday, December 27. Orders placed from December 29, 2023, at 5:00 PM due to the New Year's transition will be shipped on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.

 

We strive to keep you informed about the status of your order as best as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so that you can track your package during the shipping process.

 

Product Information and Stock Status

 

At our webshop, we strive to display the delivery time of our products as accurately as possible. We do our best to keep our website up-to-date regarding the stock status. However, in some cases, a product may have a longer delivery time than initially stated on our website, or the delivery time may be temporarily unknown. If you want to be certain whether a product is in stock, feel free to contact us!

 

It may happen that certain products are not in stock in our own warehouse but are tracked by our manufacturer. As a result, the delivery date may be 4 to 15 business days longer than indicated on the respective product page. We will ship your order as soon as all the products are available with us. However, if you want to receive a product earlier, please let us know. We will do our utmost to accommodate you!

 

Unfortunately, some products may be temporarily unavailable at the manufacturer. When we are aware of an availability date, we will mention it on our website. The product will be available again from that date onwards. If you choose to order this product, we will keep it on backorder for you and ship it as soon as it becomes possible again.

Please note that standard shipping applies to packages with a maximum weight of 19 kg. For packages weighing over 19 kg, we apply an additional fee based on the country and the carrier.
